A-viva Jobs

A-viva Work-Study Positions

Our Work-Study positions are open to students currently enrolled in A-viva. Students receive compensation in the form of scholarship and/or housing subsidy. The following positions are open:

 

Computer assistant (part time)

Required skills:	fluent English, knowledge of German and other languages helpful.
Job description:	provide IT support, work with web design, visual basics. Good powerpoint and excel skills.

Office manager (part time or full time)

Required skills:	fluent German and English (written and spoken), other languages helpful; good communicator, strong organizational and analytical skills.
Job description:	compose newsletters, respond to surveys, coordinate housing program, organize conferences, assist with social and sports activities, proctor exams, general administration.

Volunteer Work/Charity Service

If you would like to donate your free time for a good cause, A-viva would be more than happy to put you in touch with various charities and  non-profit organizations, such as Oxfam, Caritas, senior citizens service centers, etc. In most cases, you do not need to be fluent in German to become a volunteer.
